We ship from Dubai to every emirate and across the GCC. In Dubai you can choose same-day delivery on orders placed before 12pm, a 4-hour express service until 4pm (Monday to Saturday), or next-day delivery. Other emirates arrive in 1–2 business days and the rest of the GCC in 3–5, every parcel tracked with Aramex. Delivery is free on orders over AED 300.

Start with your level and how you play. Round rackets have a low balance and a large sweet spot, which makes them the most forgiving choice for beginners and control players. Teardrop rackets sit in the middle and suit most intermediate players. Diamond rackets are head-heavy and built for advanced, attacking players. Weight matters too: most adults play best between 355 and 370 g, with lighter frames for juniors and players with elbow issues. Filter our rackets by level, shape and playstyle, or message us on WhatsApp and we will shortlist a few for you.

You have 14 days from purchase to return or exchange unused items in their original packaging. Rackets must not have been played with, and sale items and gift cards are final sale. Email customerservice@padellifeshop.com with your order number to start a return.

Yes. Padel Life gift cards start at AED 200, are delivered by email and can be redeemed on anything in the store, from rackets to shoes and bags.

As soon as your order ships you receive an email with an Aramex tracking number. If you have an account, your orders and their status are also listed under My orders. For anything else, write to customerservice@padellifeshop.com.

Padel is played on artificial turf with sand, so padel shoes use a clay or omni sole for grip and reinforced sides for lateral movement. Running shoes wear out fast on turf and offer little side support. Asics, Adidas, Bullpadel and Head all make padel-specific models in men’s, women’s and junior sizes.
